Quit Working, Gives Error 025

Message: Opened it [Beckman Coulter Allegra 21/21R] up and found evidence of fluid leaks onto the board. Cleaned and reconnected one circut. Two back heater towers get excessively hot and melted the plastic on the capacitors. Motor never moves.
