Picking up where the article leaves off, Tobe answers questions about the origins of the “Coloring Outside the Lines” concept and how to inspire those managers who, by training and/or temperament, might be reluctant to challenge traditional management methods. He also discusses the need to acknowledge one’s own creativity in order to get one’s staff to unleash their creativity as well.
