Join us to learn about FT-IR Spectroscopy and AFM techniques for Materials Research in one day at Bruker's Billerica, MA campus.  Bring your samples for the analysis, discuss your applications with the industry experts, experience the latest Bruker products in a special hands-on session.

What you will Learn:

Choose FTIR, Raman or AFM instrument according to your lab needs to optimize instrument settings to get the best results from your samples.  Examples of applications will include:

Morning Session (9:30am to 12:00pm) 

9:30am    -  Introduction to Infrared and Raman Spectroscopy    

                     Noise reduction: Optimization of Experiment Parameters

10:45am  -    Break 

11:00am  -    Applications overview

12:00pm  -    LUNCH (provided by Bruker)

Afternoon Session (12:45pm - 4:00pm) 

12:45pm   -    Introduction to AFM  

1:30pm     -   Break   

1:45pm     -   Infrared mapping on Nanoscale  

2:30pm     -   Walk over to Bruker Optics building for lab tour  

3:45pm     -   Hands-on demonstrations of Infrared and                          

                       Raman Spectroscopy
