ImmPRESS Duet Double-Staining Polymer KitBURLINGAME, Calif. (October 3, 2017) – Vector Laboratories, a leader in the development and manufacture of labeling and detection reagents for biomedical research, introduces the ImmPRESS™ Duet Double-Staining Polymer Kit for immunohistochemistry. The new kit delivers all the advantages of polymer stains including low background staining, high signal intensity, and the elimination of off- target binding.  The kit enables fast, well-defined localization and visualization of two different target antigens on the same tissue section.

ImmPRESS Duet combines highly active horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP) enzyme polymers, conjugated to anti-mouse IgG and anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies to produce a ready-to-use HRP/AP formulation.

“Our ImmPRESS Polymer systems have demonstrated a number of advantages for applications in which traditional staining is challenging,” explains Harjit Kullar, vice president of marketing for Maravai LifeSciences. “Our ImmPRESS polymer reagents have always enabled a one-step protocol. Now we are expanding the offering with a double-staining protocol, for an even more streamlined workflow.”
