Most SWOT analysis discussions offer brainstorming and identifications that literally fill the mind with possibilities. The problem ensues when goals and actionable steps are not produced. All the facts and data in the world will not produce an actionable SWOT without first considering with specific clarity the who of the SWOT. In this webinar, we’ll address the traditional SWOT but with a sharp focus on infusing it with the specificity needed to bring it to more than a brainstorming exercise.
As an attendee you will:
- Discover the individual’s specific spot in the SWOT analysis.
- Learn the four-part SWOT paradigm, how to interpret it, and how to apply it.
- Learn a four-part strategy for moving SWOT analysis to goals then actions.
