Efficient workflows are the underlying infrastructure that power lab researcher productivity and innovation. Lab chemical management plays a vital role in workflow efficiency, particularly the steps associated with material search, purchase, request, and receipt. With the average life sciences research lab juggling more than 8,000 different chemical containers, keeping track of each researcher’s on-hand chemicals and reagents and replenishing those materials in a timely manner can be a nightmare to manage when workflows are disjointed, records are kept in different formats and systems, and chemical regulatory reports are of questionable accuracy.
Hosted and moderated by Lab Manager, this webinar will discuss how to optimize chemical inventory workflows throughout the enterprise, and implement easy to maintain controls and processes to ensure accurate oversight and management of all materials from receipt to disposal.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Identify and optimize chemical management workflows
- Manage and mitigate the amount of chemicals on site
- Eliminate chemical safety deficiencies
- Ensure regulatory compliance
TUNE IN TO OUR LIVE WEBINAR to hear BIOVIA’s Tiffany Montgomery discuss how to streamline chemical inventory management, increase researcher efficiency, lower chemical costs and waste, and reduce risk in the organization. She will focus particular attention on material search, request, and receipt workflows that can dramatically increase lab and researcher productivity when optimized.
