Craig Bowie is the Chief Customer Officer at LabVantage Solutions. He has led customer-facing operations since 2002. With more than twenty years of experience in laboratory informatics, he focuses on customer success by managing global professional services, implementations, and technical consulting. Under his leadership, LabVantage’s Professional Services Organization has grown by over 80% in three years. This growth has expanded its presence across the Americas,  Europe, and Asia, while also achieving record customer “Go-Lives.”   Craig began his career as an Analytical Chemist at Schering-Plough Corporation. He later moved into project management and customer services at Beckman Coulter, where he improved efficiency and delivery methods for LIMS deployments. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Villanova University. Known for his dedication to innovation and customer value, Craig has been crucial in shaping LabVantage’s reputation as a global leader in LIMS solutions.
