Global challenges such as the depletion of fossil raw materials, adverse climate change impacts, overpopulation and environmental pollution, dictate the need to ensure sustainable development of the world economy and are the major drivers for the development of the so-called bioeconomy. Bioeconomy is based on processing technologies of renewable raw materials.
