Kayla Stocking has always been passionate about sustainability and is dedicated to promoting environmental stewardship and community initiatives, both personally and professionally. With a decade of experience in the life sciences, Kayla felt compelled to help make science more sustainable. She brings a diverse background, including a degree in biochemistry, experience in both industry and academic labs, and a marketing role at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she also led the Green Team at the Grand Island, NY site. 

Kayla is grateful for the opportunity to leverage her expertise in support of My Green Lab’s impactful initiatives. As a Market Development Representative, she focuses on My Green Lab Certification and works to make a positive difference in the scientific community. Based in Buffalo, NY, USA, Kayla enjoys hiking with her family and is committed to conserving natural spaces as a Board member for the Western New York Land Conservancy.
