Michael Wilhide is a neurodivergent molecular biologist and clinical laboratory scientist with more than 20 years of experience spanning academic research, industry, healthcare, and clinical laboratories. He holds a BS in Biology and an MS in Molecular, Cellular, and Biochemical Pharmacology and is an ASCP Board-Certified Technologist in Molecular Biology. Passionate about science communication and laboratory leadership, Michael advocates for greater understanding of neurodiversity and building inclusive scientific workplaces that support and retain neurodivergent talent. He is committed to helping ensure that both current and future generations of neurodivergent scientists have the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
