Shawn McFadden is a Technical Manager at Toronto Metropolitan University, where he oversees and supports the operation and development of technical systems and laboratory environments. His work focuses on advancing accessibility in laboratories, ensuring that  learning and research spaces are inclusive, functional, and adaptable to diverse student needs. Shawn is deeply committed to providing students with an excellent and safe hands-on  experience, working diligently to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and user support.
