Industry expert speaker Michael Jarosh from Chroma Medicine gave insight on frequently asked questions. Such as how to keep lab assets organized in the best way possible, where can one go for help and resources, and how to quantify success. Greg Feinberg from EquipNet spoke on how to increase sustainability without hurting your company and how appropriate equipment disposal benefits your lab and laboratory equipment. On the second day of the summit, leading experts Elizabeth McGarry from Elemental Machines and Ted Palashis from Overbrook Support Services kept the audience enthralled with their talks on how to Make Your Lab Tools Work for You—Get A Complete Picture of the Lab and The Challenges and Myths of Current Operating Models. Attendees were invited to participate in a Q&A session following each webinar, where the expert speakers offered helpful advice and personal experience to assist them with their labs’ unique challenges.

The quality and practicality of these summits for lab managers garnered high reviews from viewers for all themes. One Lab Manager reader said, "I am a new lab manager in academia. I manage the teaching and research labs and the stockroom. I enjoyed the presentations in this webinar and have found many of the articles from Lab Manager to be helpful and interesting. Thank you!"

Lab Manager also posted a poll question during each webinar, asking attendees what asset management issues in their lab keep them up at night—the goal of this was to find out what issues are of the most concern to lab leadership personnel, so that Lab Manager can develop the appropriate editorial content to help answer their questions. Two responders were chosen to receive a gift card as a thank you for their participation—congratulations to Gareth and Julie!
