Lab Supervisor Makes List of Fastest-Growing US Jobs
Good news for laboratory supervisors–their position has made CNN Money’s top 10 list of quickest-growing jobs in America, released Jan. 27.
With a median annual salary of $66,900, top yearly salary of $85,299, and a projected 10-year job growth of 30 percent, laboratory supervisor ranked tenth on CNN Money’s top 10 list of fastest-growing jobs in the US.
The position also ranked 100th on CNN Money’s top 100 careers in America with a B ranking in the “personal satisfaction” category, A grade in “benefit to society,” and a C ranking in the “low stress” category.
Info assurance analyst was the fastest-growing position, with a projected 10-year job growth of 37 percent and median annual salary of $96,400, followed by IT security consultant, hand therapist, lead physical therapist, product analyst, product marketing specialist, research analyst, marketing consultant, and content strategist.
