P. Thomas Hirsch, President, Laboratory Billing Solutions
Tom Hirsch has extensive experience in the management and operations of hospital and independent laboratories. He is currently co-founder and President of Laboratory Billing Solutions (LBS), which provides hosted and outsourced billing services for hospital outreach and independent laboratories. Previously, Mr. Hirsch was President and Chief Executive Officer of Path Lab, Inc. from June 1984 through February 2003. From 2011 to 2013, he worked closely with Accretive, LLC in developing their lab sector initiative, aLabs, as Founding Executive. Mr. Hirsch served on the Board of Directors of the American Clinical Laboratory Association from 1995 until 2001, the Board of Converge Diagnostics Services from 2008-2013, and the Advisory Board of Slone Partners from 2011-2013. He counsels many of his billing company clients on strategic matters and served as an advisor to the board of Carilion Consolidated Labs from 2006 to 2010, when the company merged with the Spectrum Laboratories (now called Solstas Lab Partners). Mr. Hirsch earned his MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1978 and his B.A. degree from Duke University in 1974.

Matthew Hirsch, Sales & Account Manager, Laboratory Billing Solutions
Matt Hirsch leads Laboratory Billing Solutions (LBS) sales efforts and supports operations efficiency. He is a leading industry consultant for LBS billing assessments for large regional laboratories and subsidiaries of the large public laboratories. He is currently co-managing the product development of the LBS dashboards, patient portal, and client portal. He earned his B.A. degree from Colby College in 2008 studying Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets.

Dr. Charlie Miraglia, Chief Medical Officer, hc1.com
For nearly 30 years, Dr. Charlie Miraglia has made significant contributions to the academic, clinical, and business missions of a diverse group of healthcare organizations. Dr. Miraglia received a M.S. degree in Pathology from Duke University and a M.D. degree from Wake Forest University. Since the early 90s he has served as a Director of Transfusion Services and Pathology Department Head for Methodist Hospital of Indiana, the Director of Labs and Associate Professor of Pathology at Indiana University Health, the CEO of PA Labs in Indiana, and as Chief Medical Officer for Sonic Healthcare USA.
