Metrohm has officially launched the i-Raman NxG, its latest advancement in laboratory Raman spectroscopy, tailored to the evolving needs of quality control laboratories. Featuring faster measurements, heightened sensitivity, and broad sampling capabilities, the i-Raman NxG addresses the core demands of efficient, routine QC.

Its flexible fiber-optic probe allows technicians to analyze a wide range of sample types without the need for preparation. The device is available in three excitation wavelengths and can be upgraded to the Duo configuration, which uses two lasers and a single detector to access an expanded region of the Raman spectrum.

One Software, Endless Applications: SpecSuite

Together with the i-Raman NxG, Metrohm debuts SpecSuite software, a user-friendly solution for method development, daily operation, and compliance.

Whether you’re implementing new QC methods or ensuring FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, SpecSuite is designed to support lab managers and staff at every level.

What Lab Managers Will Appreciate:

  • Simplified SOP integration
  • Flexible sample handling with no prep
  • SpecSuite support for 21 CFR Part 11
  • Streamlined method development
  • Scalable from R&D to QC

"The i-Raman NxG with SpecSuite software expands the capabilities of laboratories across industries, from factories to universities," said Nancy Morris, President and CEO of Metrohm Spectro. "With the i-Raman Duo, samples can be analyzed using the broadest range of data available. SpecSuite software transforms the challenge of model development into a streamlined, efficient analysis process."
