Entamoeba histolytica Monoclonal AntibodiesE. histolytica is an anaerobic parasite that causes amoebic dysentery. It infects humans and other primates via the fecal oral route. Symptoms include abdominal pain, bloody diarrhea and weight loss. It can result in intestinal lesions and liver abscess.
