Proteomics is the field of science that studies the proteome, the complete complement of proteins expressed by a genome, in a biological system. Neuroproteomics is the study of the proteomes of the nervous system. With ongoing advances, mass spectrometry (MS) has become a powerful tool for neuroproteomics research, providing insight into physiological processes, disease mechanisms, and biomarkers.

In the infographic, you will learn about sample types and neuroproteomics applications.
