The ARL PERFORM’X sequential XRF spectrometer is typically used for quantitative elemental analysis of many material types ranging from petrochemical, geochemical, metals, glass and ceramics, mining and cement. These samples are normally presented to the XRF as uniform and homogenously prepared samples.
