The Magne-Box is the first cryostorage box of its kind to offer a magnetic lid closure. These freezer boxes feature magnets that securely connect the base to the hinged lid. This allows for easy one- handed retrieval from freezer racks and ensures that samples stay safe. The polycarbonate boxes have clear lids with colored inserts and numbered grids to facilitate sample identification.

Magne-Box is available in 25-, 81-, and 100-place configurations and accommodates
2.0 mL cryovials. An 81-tall box is available to accommodate 4.0 to 5.0 mL cryovials. The cryostorage boxes fit in standard-size freezer racks and can withstand temperatures from -196 to 121°C.
