Julien Gros-Burdet, global product manager of large capacity centrifuges, Thermo Fisher Scientific, earned his bachelor of science degree in biochemistry at the University of Nantes, France, and earned a master degree of business administration at the University of Nantes. In 2002, he joined Thermo Fisher Scientific, a multinational biotechnology product development company based in the US, as associate product manager. Between 2013 and 2019, Julien Gros-Burdet was the commercial manager for EMEA for the benchtop centrifuges portfolio and has started to work on the sustainability aspect of the portfolio. In his position as global product manager of large capacity centrifuges, he leads the blood banking and bioprocessing centrifuge businesses, two areas where green aspects are becoming fundamental.
