Kasturi Chitre is a Certified Food Scientist and a food quality expert, playing a pivotal role in ensuring quality assurance throughout a product lifecycle with nearly 15 years of industry experience. In her current role as Product Quality Manager at Consumer Science, an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory, Kasturi championed a task of achieving and maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation status, a journey that involved significant learning. Her expertise is backed by three degrees in the field of Food and Nutrition, along with two published research theses. In recognition of her contributions, Kasturi was recently awarded "Professional of the Year-2024 (Food and Beverage)" by the AIBCF.
