Tom Ruginis is an accomplished entrepreneur, innovator, and leader with a passion for supporting scientists. After leaving a PhD program in pharmacology in 2010, he learned to code and founded HappiLabs, creator of the Virtual Lab Manager—a tech-enabled service that specializes in helping scientists through better procurement, supply chain, and inventory management. He values sustainability and diversity and aims to inspire companies to enhance these values within their scientific supply chains. Tom lives in the Bay Area, has three little kids, and is always down for Chicago deep dish pizza or a pickup game of basketball.
