WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx recently announced (Sept. 13) that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has selected a team of universities to lead a new Air Transportation Center of Excellence (COE) for alternate jet fuels and the environment.
