Hamilton Scientific Purchases the Assets of Gibson Associates

Hamilton Scientific, a leading manufacturer of laboratory furniture and fume hoods for the education, healthcare and industrial markets, has announced that they have purchased the assets of Gibson Associates of Sudbury, Massachusetts.

De Pere, Wisconsin – Hamilton Scientific, a leading manufacturer of laboratory furniture and fume hoods for the education, healthcare and industrial markets, has announced that they have purchased the assets of Gibson Associates of Sudbury, Massachusetts. With this acquisition, Hamilton Scientific assumes all contracts under warranty including existing and future contracts of the Gibson Associates business and has renamed the operation, Laboratory Solutions of New England.

According to Jack Roberts, Hamilton Scientific President/CEO, “The purchase of Gibson Associates assets allows our business to maintain a strong dealer presence in the New England region. Family owned and operated, Gibson Associates had been the premier laboratory furniture and fume hood supplier in the six-state New England region. Under the agreement, Hamilton Scientific retains the majority of Gibson employees who will run the day to day operations of the business.
