HORIBA has launched its most advanced spectrometer to date—the Aqualog®-Next with A-TEEM™ technology and EzSpec™ software—to support lab managers in improving operational efficiency and data reliability in environmental and regulatory water testing.

Aqualog®-Next delivers simultaneous absorbance and fluorescence EEM data using a high-speed CCD detector. This significantly reduces analysis time and boosts sample throughput for labs monitoring drinking water, harmful algal blooms (HABs), and membrane fouling in treatment systems.

Enhanced Software, Enhanced Control

  • EzSpec™ Software: Simplifies setup, data processing, and reporting
  • Real-Time IFE Correction: Ensures accurate fluorescence data
  • Multivariate Model Support: Compatible with PARAFAC, PCA, and PLS
  • Fast-03 Autosampler: Automates batch sampling with cleaning and maintenance controls
  • Datastream Dashboard: Enables remote monitoring and analytics

The integrated A-TEEM™ Direktor Suite further allows users to develop predictive models for water quality metrics. With support for NIST-traceable materials and user-friendly interfaces, Aqualog®-Next is designed to integrate seamlessly into modern lab environments.

"With Aqualog®-Next, lab managers can deploy faster diagnostics, gain deeper insights, and ensure water safety with confidence," said Cary Davies, Global Product Line Manager at HORIBA.
