mzr-Touch Control as a new possibility to control micro annular gear pumps.HNP Mikrosysteme (HNPM) presents the mzr-Touch Control as a new possibility for a user-friendly control of micro annular gear pumps (mzr-pumps) via a multilingual graphical user interface. The mzr-Touch Control can be used for most mzr-pump sizes and series. This compact device controls one pump each and is easy and intuitive to handle. Dosage volumes from 0.25 µl and flow rate ranges of 1 µl/min to 288 ml/min can be indicated by the user.

In the laboratory, in pharmaceutical and chemical production, as well as for the integration into analysis devices micro pumps of HNPM have proven themselves. In laboratory applications, where often only a single pump is used and the operator wants to focus more on his research tasks than on the technology, a simple structure and a state-of-the-art, easy-to-use graphical interface of the dosing system is a pre-condition for fast results.
