Alpha Analytical (www.alphalab.com) is announcing the completion of acquisition of Boston Analytical, Inc.
Established in 1987, Boston Analytical (www.bostonanalytical.com) is a registered, cGMP compliant contract testing laboratory providing quality analytical and microbiological testing services to the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, cosmetic and nutritional products industries.
Boston Analytical will retain its name and its entire existing staff. Gary Feinstein, chief executive officer, and Robert McBride, president of Boston Analytical, will continue in their existing roles.
