USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE

A menu-driven operating system paired with a touchscreen graphical user interface allows simple and intuitive operation by the user. The touchscreen provides a step-by-step guide to allow quick and easy program setup, test setup, and maintenance.

MINIMAL CONSUMABLE REPLACEMENT AND LOADING

The OsmoTECH HT hopper contains capacity to load up to 1,000 consumables at a given time, increasing the efficiency of running high-throughput testing and decreasing the amount of hands-on time required for the instrument.

96-WELL PLATE FORMAT

Allows samples to be robotically pipetted into industry standard plates and batch loaded with no maintenance and cleaning between tests for a walk-away testing experience. This minimizes hands on time and maximizes throughput for osmolality testing with a small sample size of 50 µl.

AUTOMATED CLEANING

Using the cleaning reel combined with scheduled probe cleaning minimizes required manual cleaning. The sample probe is automatically cleaned prior to testing each individual sample, preventing cross-contamination between samples.

DATA MANAGEMENT FEATURES

Features allow the user to easily import sample identification information to the instrument via Open Protocol Communication (OPC-UA), 3 USB download ports, network share, or LIMS. Reduce transcription errors by importing directly to the instrument from your management system maintaining traceability and compliance.
