Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells are a widely used system to produce recombinant proteins via cell culture, but this approach has a major caveat: these host cells also produce various proteins to support normal cell growth, survival and proliferation. These host cell proteins (HCPs) pose a risk for immunogenicity of biotherapeutic products, and must be reduced to sufficiently low levels to ensure safety and efficacy.

Download this white paper to learn how you can prevent costly HCP underestimation with a robust CHO Supernatant ELISA Kit.
