VBLOK 200 At the beginning of April, Clickbio, Inc.— a winner of the 2016 SLAS Innovation AveNEW Award—launched VBLOK 200, the world’s first high-capacity, low dead-volume, centrifuge-friendly collection plate.

The new reservoir is injection-molded from virgin medical-grade polypropylene, certified DNase, RNase, and pyrogen free, and available in certified sterile. It provides a novel ANSI:SLAS, ISO 9001 solution to the shortfalls of off-the-shelf plasticware, the company adds. With a total capacity of 282 mL, the VBLOK 200 has a graduation mark at 200 mL for visual reference, and comes individually packaged for quality control. The VBLOK 200 is available for purchase through most major distributors and is also available for purchase online.
