Safety is an elusive goal, often sought, but hard to achieve. This webinar will explain the role of standards in bringing about the goal of safety in the workplace, or, for that matter in families and other teams. Ralph Hood, CSP has been part of the aviation industry for five decades. He has taught college-level aviation management, has written in every issue of Airport Business magazine, and has studied the remarkable success of standards in aviation. He is a member of the Alabama Aviation Hall of Fame and has spoken for businesses and other organizations from Fairbanks to San Juan and from Hawaii to Spain.
