Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) and Waters Corp. (NYSE: WAT) announced a formal agreement on June 11 to exchange instrument controls to improve the productivity of customers who own software and instruments from both companies.

Agilent Technologies Inc. and Healex Systems Ltd. today announced that Healex’s ChemLaunch remote instrument access and control software now operates with Agilent’s OpenLAB CDS ChemStation Edition chromatography data system software.
