In any lab, order is helpful...and in some environments, it is imperative. It is easy to see the importance of conducting orderly research, development, and testing; but often, we don’t realize how much time a cluttered workspace and general disorganization can cost us. Getting organized is much more than just cleaning off your desk or work area. Being truly organized requires establishing and utilizing a system that makes a place for everything and makes it easy to put/keep everything in its place. By adopting the strategies taught in this presentation, you’ll save time, reduce stress, and be more productive.

For over 25 years, Randy Anderson worked in commission sales and managed sales organizations of various sizes. During that time, he discovered, created, and learned ways to help himself and others be more effective, efficient, and productive. Now, he teaches those strategies in engaging and practical ways, to help attendees accomplish more without working more hours, and to reduce stress for themselves and their teammates.
