Adam Equipment Unveils New Line of Scales at Pittcon

DANBURY, CONN – Feb. 29, 2012 – Adam Equipment, a world-class scale and balance developer and manufacturer, will introduce its new line of Warrior wash-down scales at Pittcon 2012. These dust-proof and waterproof scales are well-suited for pharmaceutical processing and are perfect for the production line or for clean-room environments. Adam will be an exhibitor at Pittcon from March 11-15, 2012, booth #3159, in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL.

The robust design of the Warrior family is taking the science of weighing to new levels of strength and performance. The Warrior’s solid 304-grade stainless steel construction and indicator are rated IP66, meaning the Warrior can withstand extreme environments. Rubber feet with stainless steel threads ensure stability during weighing. The series features seven models with capacities ranging from 16lb/8kg to 330lb/150kg, and readabilities from 0.001lb/0.5g to 0.02lb/10g.

Versatility is a hallmark of the Warrior. It weighs in grams, kilograms, pounds, ounces, pounds/ounces and newtons. It offers selectable multi-language (English, German, French and Spanish) text for printing. Applications include weighing, parts counting, percentage weighing, dynamic/animal weighing, check weighing and check counting.

In addition to the Warrior, Adam also will display its PW, PGW, PGL, PMB, Core, Highland and Dune™ balances, as well as the CPWplus, LBK, WBW, GFK and GBK scales at the booth.
