High Signal-to-Noise Ratio

These reagents use a unique labeling technology that produces strong fluorescence with minimal background. The result is high sensitivity in flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, and other cell-based assays for studying antibody trafficking and intracellular interactions.

pH-Sensitive

The reagent is prepared by labeling the Fc region of human IgG. In acidic environments, it emits a red fluorescent signal, forming a stable complex that enables precise detection of antibody endocytosis in cells. The signal increases in acidic compartments such as endosomes and lysosomes.

Fab Region Preserved

The fluorescent dye is conjugated to the Fc region of human IgG, leaving the Fab region unmodified. This preserves antigen binding and avoids interference with antibody function.
