Alisha Ramirez (she/her) is the Sustainable Labs Manager at the University of Pennsylvania and the first full-time employee at Penn dedicated to Green Labs. She works a dual-role in EHS and Sustainability to ensure safe and sustainable labs. Alisha has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and a Master of Environmental Studies. Prior to her current role, she has worked in environmental testing and gene therapy labs.
