Kenneth Barat
Kenneth Barat is an ANSI committee member and chair for the first two editions of the Z136.8 Research Standard. He is a former laser safety officer for Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and the National Ignition Facility, and developed the DOE LSO workshop program.
