Mike Viskovich is vice president of workplace services & ESG at Agilent Technologies. He leads Agilent’s global workplace services organization & ESG initiatives, overseeing real estate transactions; environmental health & safety (EHS); facility engineering and management; fleet; travel; and portfolio strategy—work that strengthens employee engagement and supports business growth across Agilent sites worldwide. Over nearly three decades, Mike has held multiple executive roles, including vice president and general manager, semiconductor infrastructure solutions; vice president, software licensing sales & customer success; and vice president, global sourcing. His experience spans large-scale capital projects, sourcing, sales, and business general management, consistently driving operational excellence and efficiency across global teams. Mike earned a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and holds a Global Leadership certification from Yale School of Management
