Warren Hagist is the director of real estate at SmartLabs in New York City. With experiences as an assistant vice president—real estate transaction services at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, Warren underwrote projects proposed as part of LifeSci NYC, the $500 million initiative to expand bioscience lab space in NYC. Holding a master’s degree in real estate and urban planning from Harvard University, Warren excels in sourcing, negotiating, closing, and permitting complex real estate projects.
