Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos donate $15 million to Princeton Neuroscience Institute

Princeton University alumnus Jeff Bezos, the founder and chief executive officer of Amazon.com, and alumna MacKenzie Bezos, are donating the funds to create the Bezos Center for Neural Circuit Dynamics in the Princeton Neuroscience Institute.

Princeton University alumnus Jeff Bezos, the founder and chief executive officer of Amazon.com, and alumna MacKenzie Bezos, are donating $15 million to the University to create a center in the Princeton Neuroscience Institute. The gift will establish the Bezos Center for Neural Circuit Dynamics, which will be led by institute co-director David Tank.

Jeff Bezos was an electrical engineering and computer science major at the University who graduated from Princeton with highest honors and Phi Beta Kappa in 1986. MacKenzie Bezos was an English major who graduated with highest honors in 1992 and a certificate in creative writing.
