The ATX/ATY Series analytical balances, now available from Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, deliver a variety of functions to enable easy measurement and obtain precise results. Ranging in capacity from 82 grams to 220 grams, the ATX/ATY Series features UniBloc one-piece aluminum alloy mass sensor technology, which ensures stable temperature characteristics, excellent response time and stable corner-load performance. The ATX model offers automatic calibration at the touch of a button. External calibration weights can be used for span calibration with ATX and ATY models. Users can quickly adjust the desired ratio of stability and response for every application during measurement with one-touch operation.

Unit weights of up to five different samples can be easily entered, stored and recalled for use. The ATX and ATY’s comparator function compares samples to target values or pass/fail criteria and clearly indicates the results. Their formulation mode is convenient for making many measurements of minute samples and seeking the total mass.
