With everyone braced for a smaller turnout in terms of exhibitors and attendees, this year's Pittcon surprised many with its vitality and respectable attendance. Vendors I spoke with acknowledged less booth visitors, but commented that the quality of their leads was as good as any Pittcon they could recall. From an attendee's point of view, were you pleased with the quality of the symposia, workshops and sessions? Were you able to "kick the tires" of the equipment you came to see?
