The Lab Design Digital Summit—our premier conference dedicated to those who design, build, and renovate laboratories and healthcare facilities—has been re-launched as as a free, full-scale digital event, in light of the COVID-19 global epidemic. Participate in these educational webinars from the comfort and safety of your own home. Lab Manager is dedicated to making sure that the experience of the Lab Design Digital Summit will reflect the quality and educational value of the original live conference planned for Atlanta.

Join us on May 11-13 for a series of webinars led by top experts in the lab design/build community. Be a part of this exciting learning experience and earn AIA credits toward your yearly license requirements at the same time. Featured topics will include building the sustainable lab, bringing academic lab facilities up-to-date, developing an energy efficient design plan, preparing your lab for future technology advancements, developing good communication skills between lab managers and project teams, and more. A Q&A session will follow each presentation so you can interact with these industry experts and ask them how to implement these strategies in your own lab.

The Lab Design Digital Summit will also feature presentations from the winners of our inaugural Lab Design Excellence Awards. The winning teams will deliver webinars explaining why their respective lab facilities received awards for Excellence in Innovation, Safety, and Sustainability. Hear about the challenges each team faced during their design/build process and how they overcame them, and learn what makes these unique labs the "best of the best."
