
Curtiss McNair Jr.
Curtiss McNair Jr. is vice president of operations at PanGia Biotech, which focuses on liquid biopsy technology. As a part of the senior executive leadership team, he oversees PanGia’s operations in Delray Beach, Florida. McNair began his laboratory career while serving in the U.S. Army as a medical laboratory specialist. He has also worked in other roles as vice president and general manager of laboratory services for American Oncology Network; east division lab director at BayCare Hospitals; manager of the bone marrow transplant research laboratory at the University of Rochester Medical Center; and scientist at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. McNair—a native of Rochester, New York—holds an MBA from Ashford University, a bachelor of science in chemistry from Victory University, and a bachelor of arts in theology from Piedmont International University. He is defending his PhD dissertation in organizational leadership this fall at Carolina University.
