Jacqueline (Jackie) is the senior vice president and global head of research and development. She leads a global team focused on enterprise-wide collaboration to bring complex and innovative programs to life. 

With more than 20 years of experience leading R&D organizations and programs, she has a track record of building rigor and efficiency and applying broad systems of thinking across many functions, all leading to disciplined innovation that gets more products and therapies to patients in a timely fashion. 

In her previous role, Jackie was chief quality officer at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, global head of quality, regulatory, and compounding services, with an organization of nearly 6,000 employees and over 70 sites. She joined Baxter in 1993 and served in roles of increasing responsibility across Baxter’s research & development, international marketing, and quality and compounding organizations. 

On a personal note, she has been married to Matt for 35 years, has three grown children and two grandchildren, and is an avid tennis player.
