The method can not only be used to facilitate and standardize screening steps in selecting phage for certain applications, but it is also useful for evaluating mutations or changes to virulence
The 22,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility is located in Allentown, Pennsylvania and will be equipped to conduct all microbiological tests, allergen detection, and wet chemistry for the food industry
